How Subscriber Billing Works
Stripe collects the payment. The platform fee depends on whether the subscriber is legacy or new.

Connect once. Monthly payouts use the connected Stripe account.
Storage Billing
Storage is tracked by affiliate account and deducted only after the included 1 TB.

Storage Example
If your account uses 1 TB plus 100 GB, the extra 100 GB is the overage. At 0.05 cents per MB, that overage is about $51.20 for the month.

What Is Not Self-Service Yet
- Changing the price for existing subscribers is not currently a self-service option.
- The platform fee cannot be changed by affiliates. Legacy current users use $0.99; new subscribers use $3.99.
- Manual payout adjustments, refunds, disputes, and corrections are handled by the platform admin process.
Common Questions
Can I set any price I want?
No. You choose from the approved monthly prices in the dropdown: $3.99, $5.99, $9.99, $14.99, and $19.99.
Does my price change affect current subscribers?
No. Current subscribers stay on their existing price for now. Migrated current subscribers also use the $0.99 platform fee on that existing Stripe subscription. The new price and $3.99 platform fee are used for new subscribers after you save it.
Do subscribers need my show subscription to watch?
Yes. If a viewer is not subscribed to your show, the system sends them to your affiliate storefront so they can subscribe.
Do I send money manually every month?
No separate manual storage payment is needed. Subscriber payments are collected through Stripe, and eligible affiliate payouts are handled through Stripe Connect after monthly review and approval.
What happens if my storage fee is larger than my payout?
The deduction can reduce the current payout to zero. Any remaining balance may need to be carried forward or handled by the platform admin process.
